In this six-class beginners series (part two), we will focus on core work. Finding ways to harness our internal strength to enhance our balance in all poses. Level (1-5): 1-2
BRING: mat, 2 blocks, 10’ strap, water
Beginner props may be purchased through the instructor. Props include mat, 2 blocks, and a 10’ strap. Cost $105.
