APPLICATION PROCESS

After applying to become a vendor your application will go through our selection process. Our selection committee will not only be looking at the products you sell, but also the style and presentation of your goods.

Once your application and images have been reviewed, you will receive an email notification with your application status. Upon approval, a list of available spaces & pricing will be provided by email.


RENTAL DETAILS

  • 12 & 6 month leasing contracts available

  • End-of-day sales reports available online

  • GL collects 7.75% commission on all sales

  • $30 quarterly Co-Op fee (for events & advertising)

  • 2% credit card processing fee applied on all credit card transactions

  • Sales tax collected, reported and paid to State by Gracie Lane

  • Sales are direct deposited into your bank account every other Friday

What size spaces are available?

We have a variety of spaces to choose from, for example, 2x10, 5x10, 10x10, 10x20, etc. After submitting your application we will email you a list of avialble options.

How do I tag my merchandise?

We use a barcoding system which allows us to scan your items at the register. Vendors must submit their inventory using an Excel spreadsheet, as needed. GL prints labels - pick up at front counter. Don't worry, you don't need advanced Excel skills for this process. We will go over all the little details in person, as well as provide simple instructions in our GL Handbook.

No hand printed tags are accepted at the cash register.

 

Do you take rental payments from sales checks?

No. Rent is due on the first day of the month by check, cash, auto bill pay or credit card. It is considered late after the 5th and vendor will incur a late fee.

When can I stock or setup my space?

Vendors can stock, re-oraganize or decorate their boutique space anytime during business hours. Evening vendor workdays (after the store closes) are also provided on the first Thurday of the month. In addtion to a Sunday quarterly workday.

Flat bed dolly and loading dock availble upon request.

 

Do you allow vendors to carry the same items?

GL product line protects. Vendors must sumbit a line list to be approved to carry, with the exception of handmade items. This applies throughout the contract.

Do you have security measures set in place?

Yes! We have 24/7 surveillance cameras in use. We also provide a security theft system at the front doors. Security tags are avaiable for purchase through GL.
